Marc Reisch is an attorney at law at our law firm.
He advises our clients on all issues regarding German and European competition law, with particular focus on damages claims under competition law and litigation. He has sound experience in litigation.
Marc is a member of the German Competition Law Association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht e.V.) and the Munich Competition Law Forum (Münchner Kartellrechtsforum e.V.).
He has professional proficiency in the languages of German and English.
Marc studied law at the University of Mannheim with an additional degree in business law (LL.B.). He completed a stage atypique at the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission. Between 2021 and 2024, Marc worked as an attorney at law in the litigation and intellectual property practices at Noerr PartGmbB in Frankfurt am Main and Munich. He joined BUNTSCHECK in 2024.
