Dr. Pascal Pitz-Klauser advises national and international companies in German and European antitrust law on the prohibition of cartels, the abuse of market power, the defense in antitrust proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, as well as in antitrust damages proceedings and on antitrust compliance topics. He also assists companies in transactions and advises on all aspects of merger control and foreign direct investment control (FDI), including the coordination of multinational filing requirements.

Pascal is a member of the German Competition Law Association (Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht) and the Competition Law Forum Munich (Münchener Kartellrechtsforum).

Pascal has professional proficiency in the languages German, English and French.

Pascal studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and received his Doctor of Laws (Dr. iur.) from the Ruhr-University Bochum. From 2021 to 2024, he worked as a lawyer in the antitrust law department of the international law firm Gleiss Lutz. Since 2024 he has been an employee of the law firm BUNTSCHECK.
