Tom Schüssele advises in German and European antitrust law on the prohibition of cartels, the abuse of a dominant position, the defence in antitrust proceedings before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, as well as in antitrust damages proceedings and on compliance topics. He also advises in merger control and FDI.
Tom has professional proficiency in the languages German and English.
Tom studied law at the University of Würzburg with focus on antitrust and regulation. He passed the legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg. He has multiple years of professional experience as a legal research assistant with an international law firm in Stuttgart and Brussels in the field of antitrust and state aid. He joined BUNTSCHECK in 2026.
