Valentin Senner advises on German and European antitrust law, with a particular focus on antitrust damages and litigation. In addition, he assists clients with matters relating to the prohibition of cartels and the abuse of market power, as well as with defence in antitrust proceedings before the Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. His practice also covers antitrust compliance topics, merger and foreign direct investment (FDI) control.
Valentin has professional proficiency in the languages German and English.
Valentin studied law at the University of Passau, specializing in civil procedure and business law, including antitrust law. He completed his legal clerkship at the Munich Higher Regional Court. He gained professional experience as a legal research assistant and legal clerk in the areas of antitrust law and litigation at major international law firms and as a legal clerk in a corporate legal department in Munich. He joined BUNTSCHECK in 2026.
